Our mission is to provide accessible, community-centered health services focusing on prevention, early detection, and appropriate care for all residents of San Jose Patag. We emphasize health education, outreach, and a compassionate approach to every patient.
The San Jose Patag Healthcare Information System is designed to enhance community health management through digital transformation. It provides efficient record-keeping, real-time health trend monitoring, and improved communication between the barangay health center and residents. This system is part of our goal to make healthcare more data-driven, transparent, and accessible for all.
